My name is John Helmuth, Owner and Founder of DeltaPro Construction Management. I've worked in construction management my entire professional career — starting as a Project Engineer straight out of college and spending over 10 years at one of the big 5 GCs before moving to a smaller firm.
Working as a Project Manager and bidding out hundreds of millions of dollars worth of projects, one of the most consistent things I ran into was smaller GCs and subcontractors struggling with disconnected, manual cost management systems. It made it genuinely difficult for them to stay on top of their own contracts, bids, change orders, and invoices.
I built DeltaPro to solve that problem for the companies I worked alongside every day. The response was so strong that I decided to open it to everyone — because if it helped them, it can help you too.
