DeltaPro Construction Management (“DeltaPro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides cloud-based construction management software. Our registered website is deltaproconstruction.com.

Account information — your name, company name, email address, and password when you register.
Business data — project details, cost items, bids, change orders, invoices, and team members that you enter into the app.
Billing information — payment details processed securely by Stripe. We never store full card numbers.
Communications — messages you send us through the contact form or by email.
Usage data — pages visited, features used, browser type, and IP address collected automatically via server logs and cookies.

3. How we use your information

To provide, maintain, and improve the DeltaPro service.
To process payments and manage your subscription.
To send transactional emails (invoices, change order approvals, password resets).

To send product updates and announcements (you may opt out at any time).

4. AI features and your data

DeltaPro uses Anthropic’s Claude AI to power features such as bid generation, plan analysis, and the AI assistant. When you use these features, the relevant content (e.g., uploaded plan images, bid details) is sent to Anthropic’s API for processing. Anthropic’s privacy policy governs how they handle that data. We do not use your business data to train AI models.

5. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:

Service providers — Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Anthropic (AI processing), and Vercel Blob (file storage).
Legal compliance — when required by law or to protect our rights.
Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

6. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 90 days, unless we are required to retain it for legal or compliance reasons.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures including TLS encryption in transit, bcrypt password hashing, and access controls to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to manage your session (via NextAuth). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect your ability to sign in.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Correct inaccurate data.
Request deletion of your data.
Object to or restrict certain processing.
