Three ways to generate a bid
However your scope comes in — text, image, or takeoff file — DeltaPro can handle it.
Text-to-bid
Most PopularDescribe the scope of work in plain English. DeltaPro AI generates a complete bid with line items, quantities, units, and pricing from your cost database — in seconds.
"Remodel a 2,400 sq ft kitchen: demo, cabinets, quartz, tile, lighting, and plumbing fixtures"
→ 18 line items, quantities, and unit costs generated automatically
Photo-to-bid
Snap a photo of a handwritten scope, a hand-marked plan, or a material list on a napkin. AI reads the image and generates a structured bid you can edit immediately.
Photo of handwritten notes: "Concrete footings x12, rebar, forming, pour & finish"
→ Parsed into individual line items with quantities and descriptions
Takeoff import
Business PlanExport your quantity takeoff from On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or any software that outputs Excel, CSV, or PDF. DeltaPro maps the rows directly into your bid.
Excel export from On-Screen Takeoff: 45 rows across concrete, framing, and MEP scopes
→ Editable preview lets you confirm before anything is saved
